Can I access my storage unit myself at any time?
No. Our logistics center is designed for maximum security and is therefore not a classic self-storage facility. Access is strictly by prior appointment only. This is how we guarantee the highest level of security. In return, we offer a comprehensive pick-up and delivery service.

Do you also store artworks?
Yes, Helping Hand is specially equipped to store art securely by arrangement. Please contact us in advance for the appropriate climatic and security precautions.

How are the storage costs calculated and are there discounts?
You only pay for the space you actually need (no half-empty rooms!). Billing is flexible based on the actual volume used. Important: For long-term storage, there are attractive discounts (%) available upon request!
