The move starts with a clear planning ahead of time. Our move coordinator will visit you for a free survey at your home where all details are discussed in person. The delivery of the necessary packaging material ahead of time is free of charge when booking your move with Helping Hand. On request, we offer a full- or partial packing service incl. fragile items, crockery boxes and other personal items. The transportation from A- B is carried out by our teams and vehicles, if needed we provide an external furniture lift for high level access and will arrange the parking of our trucks through authorities. Of course, the dismantling and assembling of all furniture by our furniture fitters, protecting your furniture with bubble wrap, blankets and padding for transport as well as further services such as hanging paintings or recycling is standard to our high-quality service. After every move in Switzerland, your apartment needs a thorough clean, we also offer a final cleaning service which includes an acceptance guarantee. All these services can be booked individually or in a package. Our full-service move knows no boundaries.
