Das Umzugsmanagement beginnt bereits bei Ihrer Anfrage. Helping Hand steht Ihnen für Ihre Bedürfnisse im Umzugswesen vollumfänglich zur Verfügung. Wir beraten Sie kompetent, richtig und realisieren Ihr Projekt mit Sorgfalt und persönlichem Engagement. Wir sind bestrebt, Ihren Umzug erfolgreich auszuführen. Das A und O bei jedem Umzug ist die richtige Organisation und die Planung. Helping Hand bietet eine hochwertige Service-Dienstleitung zu einem fairen Preis: professionelles Material, geschultes Personal, gute Anstellungsverhältnisse. Um einen reibungslosen Umzug zu garantieren, ist es sehr wichtig, dass Sie als Kunde Helping Hand alle wichtigen Informationen zur Verfügung stellen. Leider ist dies nicht immer der Fall, da der Kunde erwartet, mit weniger Angaben eine günstigere Offerte zu erhalten. Dies stimmt allerdings, aber die Endkosten werden dann höher ausfallen. Falls nicht alle Faktoren berücksichtigt werden, kann der Aufwand stark von der Offerte abweichen und somit auch Ihre Kosten verändern. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass wir von Ihnen vorgängig die wichtigsten und vollständigen Informationen für die Offerte erhalten: Wohnort, Stockwerk, Zugang zur Wohnung durch Treppenhaus oder Lift, Länge des Laufwegs vom LKW bis zur Haustür und falls nötig von der Treppe bzw. vom Lift zur Wohnungstür. Dieselben Angaben sind für das Einzugsobjekt notwendig. Zusätzlich zu diesen Informationen ist das Volumen massgebend für den Transport und Ihre Gratis-Offerte. Hierfür offerieren wir Ihnen verschiedene Möglichkeiten, aus denen Sie auswählen können. Basic-Umzüge sind in der Regel gedacht für eher kleinere Objekte bis zu 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen. Wenn sich Ihr Objekt in dieser Kategorie befindet, bitten wir Sie, uns eine Liste aller Möbel zuzustellen. Bitte füllen Sie das entsprechende Formular aus und folgen Sie dessen Schritte. Hier haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit, Fotos von den Gegenständen hochzuladen. In diesem Falle brauchen wir keine Liste. Fotografieren Sie jedoch alle Objekte/Gegenstände und vergessen Sie nicht, Kellerabteile Lagerräume, Estrich, Garage, Balkon usw. aufzunehmen. Falls Ihre Angaben nicht korrekt sind, können wir unsere Offerte nicht einhalten und Sie müssten mit zusätzlichen Kosten rechnen. Wenn Ihre Wohnung grösser ist als 3-Zimmer, bitten wir Sie um eine persönliche Gratis-Besichtigung bei Ihnen zuhause. Bei dieser Gelegenheit können wir uns vorstellen, den gesamten Ablauf des Umzugs besprechen sowie das Volumen und den Aufwand rechnen.

Packshop – Umzugsverpackung für Privat- und Geschäftsumzüge
Das nötige Packmaterial für Ihre Vorbereitung stellt Ihnen Helping Hand gerne im Voraus zur Verfügung. Sie können das Packmaterial auch in unserem neuen Pack-Shop in Pfaffhausen besichtigen und direkt ab Lager kaufen. Helping Hand verwendet ausschliesslich in allen Bereichen Profimaterial, das in der Schweiz hergestellt wird. Unser Material entspricht dem Standard der Eidg. Materialprüfungs- und Forschungsanstalt (EMPA). Unser Packsortiment besteht aus diversen Kartons in verschiedenen Grössen, mit Einlagen für Geschirr oder Flaschen, Kleiderkartons zum Hängen von Kleidern, Packseide und Stopfpapier sowie Luftpolsterfolie usw. Wir beraten Sie gerne. Bitte beachten Sie, dass günstiges Packmaterial von verschiedenen Grossanbietern oft in der Qualität schwach ist und nicht die gleiche Stabilität und den gleichen Schutz gewährleistet.
Helping Hand transportiert Ihr Hab und Gut
Der Transport von A nach B erfolgt in der Regel durch unsere Fahrzeuge, die für Umzüge und Möbeltransporte ausgelegt sind. Unsere Flotte reicht von 3.5-Tonnen-Fahrzeugen bis zu über 24-Tonnen-LKWs mit Hydraulik-Systemen und Luftfederung für sichere Möbeltransporte. Zum Transport gehören auch fachgerechte Ausrüstung und Hilfsmittel wie Rollmaterial, Packmaterial sowie Möbellift und sonstige Geräte oder Traghilfen, die wir für schwere Objekte wie Klaviere oder Tresore am Umzugstag mitbringen. Unsere Transporte sind bis zu CHF 25'000.00 pro Ladung durch eine Frachtführerversicherung abgesichert.
Interner Umzug / hausinternes Umstellen/ hausinterne Verschiebung
Zu unserem Umzugsangebot gehören auch hausinterne Verschiebungen, die kein Fahrzeug benötigen. Dies kann z.B. das Verschieben von nur einem Möbelstück von einem Zimmer in ein anderes bis hin zu einem Geschäftsumzug von einem Stockwerk in ein anderes im gleichen Gebäude umfassen. Kein Auftrag ist für Helping Hand zu „klein“ oder zu „gross“.

With the Standard Moving Services Option, Helping Hand will carry out all large tasks including the dismantling and assembling of furniture and transportation. The customer is responsible for packing his belongings into boxes in preparation for the move.
The relocation management by Helping Hand
When you decide that your move will be taken care of by the Helping Hand team our removal specialists will advise and assist you with every aspect of your move. In order to make your move as stress free as possible our dedicated professional team will ensure that the planning, organization and removal of your possessions is carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible. Please note we will provide all equipment and packaging for the safe and secure removal of your possessions. Helping Hand provides a service of complete transparency and high quality. It is our intention to make your move as stress free and smooth as possible. In order to do this your input is of utmost importance. We ask that you provide us with all the necessary information concerning your move and your wishes; and this includes any specialist or extraordinary requests. Rest assured we will endeavor to carry out all requests in a flexible, organized and timely manner, be it ensuring that the car park barrier is open to us or your need for a furniture lift, wooden crates or special packaging for precious items.
We will also organize a final cleaning of your vacated premises which includes a handover guarantee. We will also complete small repairs prior to or after moving is complete. This is all included in Standard Moving Package.

Free Online moving quote
Helping Hand policy is to provide the best service at realistic prices. In order to achieve this it is essential that you provide to us with as much accurate information as possible, to avoid disappointment or confusion. Lack of information can sometimes result in additional costs. Please include the following information:
- Current Location - Ground, 1st, 2nd floor - Access to residence via lift or stairs - Distance from path to front door, or distance from front door to lift or stairs - The same information is required for the destination location
Please note that in addition to the above details the volume required for transport is a decisive factor. Once this information is completed fully we will send you your free quote.
Standard removals are usually small, up to 3 bedroom apartments. If your property is in this category, please send us a list of all the furniture and fill out the request form below and follow the steps. Here you also have the option to upload photos of your apartment, in this case we would not need a list, but don’t forget to photograph all objects included in the move. Do not forget the basement compartments, storage rooms, side rooms, garage, balcony, etc. If your information is not accurate, we cannot guarantee our offer and it could lead to additional costs. If your apartment is larger than 3 bedrooms, we would like to offer a personal home visit to introduce ourselves to you and to discuss all information about your upcoming move, then calculate the volume and its complexity. You will of course receive a written quote covering all details, including your requested options.
SELF – PACK- the Client packs the boxes
A Standard Move does not usually include packing and the client packs all contents in boxes ahead of time. This includes the packaging of books, CDs , DVDs, clothes, and all contents in cupboards and furniture, as well as cutlery and kitchenware. This saves us a lot of time and keeps your costs lower. All kitchen cabinets and furniture should be empty when the removal team arrives. Please don’t overfill the boxes, so use smaller boxes for heavy items such as books and larger ones for clothes. If you cannot lift the box, it will also be too heavy for our team and the material could break leading to damage. Do not forget adjoining rooms, basement compartments, sheds etc. Packing preparation takes a lot of time and care so our advice is start in plenty of time. Helping Hand will provide the necessary material and will deliver them to your residence or office in advance. Would you like Helping Hand to pack your full content or just certain items? No problem, in this case please choose the option packing or choose a Full Service Moving where this line is automatically included.

In our new packaging shop in Pfaffhausen we offer a wide range of boxes and packing materials, you can visit us to view and buy them directly from stock. Helping Hand exclusively uses material produced in Switzerland. Our material corresponds to the Federal Laboratory for Materials and Research (EMPA). Our Packaging ranges and consists of several boxes in different sizes, with inserts for dishes or bottles, wardrobe boxes for hanging of clothes, packing paper and stuffing materials as well as bubble wrap and much more. Special packaging can be designed and produced on request such as wooden crates, please ask us. Second hand materials are also available as long as on storage.
For standard move – Furniture Dismantling and Re- Assembly included in our Service
A Standard Move includes the dismantling and reassembling of all the furniture as necessary. Our furniture fitters dismantle wardrobes, beds and other bulky furniture. Also USM furniture can partially taken apart by our specialists for transport and if desired they can be put back together in a different formation.
Helping Hand Transports your belongings
Transportation from A to B is normally carried out on in our vehicles, which are designed for removals and furniture transportation. Our fleet ranges from 3.5 t up to 24 t trucks with hydraulic systems and air suspension for safe furniture removal. Furniture placement and Reinstallations
Helping Hand places all furniture and boxes requested in your new home. Here the organization is essential. Please label all furniture and boxes while packing, so our team knows what to put where without having to ask you about each item. This saves time and money. A plan can be very helpful in the placement of the furniture and can save us a lot of time. Otherwise, the client should be on site to instruct our team and label each room. Our workers will unpack any items that were wrapped for transport and will place each item as requested. Think and plan what is to go where in advance, this can save a lot of time and chaos on the moving day.

Packing Fragile Items

Packing properly is sometimes not as easy as it seems. Items must be packaged and protected appropriately. We would recommend that if you have expensive dishes and china you select our Packing Option as our packing specialists will ensure that any delicate and valuable items are packaged to ensure safe transportation without damage. Our insurance only covers damage to items that have been packed and boxed correctly.

Final cleaning including a Handover guarantee

A final clean of the vacated premises must be performed. This is a non-optional task prior to the handover. Let us take this burden away! We guarantee to clean to the standard expected which in turn will ensure a smooth handover to the owner/landlord. Please choose this option in the following Contact Form.

Repair service

Whether you need a Handyman for small repairs at your old premises or if you need a plumber to de- and reinstall your washing machine, our network of partners is waiting to help. Ask us, we have many skilled specialists such as: painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and many more. Installation service prior to – and following the move

Have you ordered new furniture and need assistance with assembly or transportation? Our experts are happy to offer their services. Sort these items out prior to the move date. Put all the unwanted items together and have our recycling service pick it up and recycle it for you. Helping Hand will dispose of all items safely and in an environmentally friendly way. Whether items are bulky or small we take everything and recycle it professionally and ecologically. Electrical appliances, cardboard, paper, glass, fabrics, etc. as well as chemical wastes such as paint and medicines can also be collected and disposed of by our team.

Full-Service-Pack – Unpack-Option
"Full Service” means exactly what it states! Sit back and relax, we will pack all your personal belongings into boxes with utmost care to ensure that your valuable property survives transportation without any damage. We will treat your belongings with as much respect as if they were our own. Please ensure that your personal valuables are in your possession before the arrival of the removals team. This includes cash, jewelry, credit cards, passports, etc. Keep these items safe at all times. Our insurance company or Helping Hand will not be liable for such items. We offer a special box or safety deposit box, which is labeled or color coded to avoid mix up with the removal goods.
Our staff will pack all contents from cabinets, cupboards, the full kitchen and all ancillary areas such as cellars. Furniture will be dismantled into movable pieces and wrapped in protective bubble wrap if required. All necessary packaging material will be delivered on the preparation day. This includes several boxes of various sizes for different purposes, bubble wrap, edge protectors, wrapping paper for dishes, and custom designed cargo boxes for valuable items, such as of valuable art objects. We label all boxes and containers so that the unpacking is made easier. If you wish, we can also unpack all the boxes, please ask for this as an extra option.
A clear system of organization is vital in order to ensure a smooth removal and deposit (in its rightful place) of all your furniture and furnishings. Please discuss these details with our relocation specialist at the initial meeting.

We protects your furniture against damages
Our transportation service always includes the packaging and protecting of delicate furniture such as high gloss furniture, glass tops, marble, TV 's and electronics, leather sofas, mattresses etc. Helping Hand stocks these materials and our team has this with them on the preparation day. This includes stretch foils, tapes in various designs, bubble wrap, mattress covers, furniture covers, straps etc. This is of course included in your Full Service relocation service. Special packaging will be custom made if needed.
Dismantling and assembly service
Often essential for transport, and not always easy, is the dismantling and re-building of furniture. Of course this service is included in your Full Service Move. Our trained staff dismantles wardrobes, beds and other bulky furniture and packs them into bubble wrap or blankets to avoid damages. Our specialists are also trained on USM Haller furniture systems. On request the USM can be rebuilt or split into different sections. An additional option includes the installation of lamps and paintings as well as other household items such as curtain rails and towels holders.
Helping Hand Transports your belongings safely and efficiently
Our fleet of trucks is designed specifically for removals and furniture transportation. Our fleet ranges from 3.5 t up to 24 t trucks with hydraulic systems and air suspension for safe furniture removal. For transportation, including professional equipment and tools such as rolling stocks, packing materials, tools and outside furniture lift as well as other equipment; or carrying tools for heavy objects such as pianos or safes. Our shipments are backed up to CHF 250'000 .00 per charge by carrier insurance.
Furniture placement and Installation option for Lamps & Paintings
Helping Hand places all furniture and boxes at the desired location in your new home. Here organization is essential. Our team labels all the furniture and boxes while packing, so they know what to put where in the new location. If wished, a plan of your new home can be created together with the client to further ensure that all items are placed correctly. On request the installation of lamps and pictures in your new home is also included in our Full Service Move. This can be performed on the move day or at a further appointment.
